How To Cook

  • Hot pot - 15 to 30 seconds, just until the slices turn opaque
  • Stir-fry over high heat with ginger and spring onion
  • Blanch and dress cold with sesame oil and chilli

Storage

Refrigerate at 0C to 4C and use within three days. Do not refreeze once thawed.
